Forced Factory Reset

July 17th, 2025

We understand how frustrating it can be when your TV isn’t functioning properly. Let’s try one final troubleshooting step that may resolve the issue.

This process is called a Forced Factory Reset, and it can help resolve startup or power problems when other steps haven’t worked.

Please follow these steps carefully:

Unplug the power cord from the TV itself (not just from the wall outlet).

Press and hold the Menu/Power button located directly on the TV.

Note: On many iFFalcon TVs, this button is located on the bottom-left hand side of the TV. You can feel around for it with your finger.

While continuing to hold the Menu/Power button, plug the power cord back into the TV.

Keep holding the button until you see a black screen with white text that says "Android Recovery." Once this screen appears, release the button.

Use your TV remote to highlight and select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset."

Confirm the reset by selecting "Yes – Wipe All User Data."

You’ll see a message at the bottom of the screen showing that the TV is resetting.

When the reset is complete, select "Reboot System Now."

The TV will restart and should now be fully factory reset.
