The Control Other Devices (CEC) setting allows you to control your TCL Google TV with your cable boxes remote control (amongst other things).

In order to activate this setting on your TCL Google TV please follow these steps:

1.From the TCL Google TV Home Page got to Settings

2. Next go to Channels and Inputs.

3. Select Inputs. 

4. Select External devices control.

5. Select Power on the TV in sync.
